Meet Information

When Capital City travels, we have club protocols in place to ensure safe travel for our members and their families. Some of our services are different depending on the athlete’s age and where they are located on the Long Term Athlete Development model of appropriate competitions.

For any athlete in the U14 age group or younger, we require a parent to travel with the athlete to act as chaperone and room with them in accommodations.  For athletes U16 and older still in grade school, the club will provide a chaperone, usually a parent volunteer, at an approximate ratio of 1 to 10.

Capital City tiers competitions in its annual budget to determine the services for each meet.
