Program Description
Do you just love to run? So do we! Come join our mid/long distance group and meet like minded athletes who just can’t get enough!
Our mid/long distance program caters to athletes interested in training for events over 400m, including 400mH and cross country. The program will help develop efficient running mechanics and prepare you for competition.

Age: Athletes aged 16 and up (U16 and up)
Training Details:
Sept/October (Cross country/base training) – various locations around Edmonton – days/times TBD
Nov – March (Indoor Season) – Foote Field Dome, UofA Butterdome – days/times TBD
April – July (Outdoor Season) – Foote Field – days/times TBD
