U16 & Up Mid/Long Distance Program

Program Description

Do you just love to run? So do we! Come join our mid/long distance group and meet like minded athletes who just can’t get enough!

Our mid/long distance program caters to athletes interested in training for events over 400m, including 400mH and cross country. The program will help develop efficient running mechanics and prepare you for competition.
